Epta gears up for the future with its own training center

Companies across all industries are currently facing a variety of challenges – rising energy prices, a shortage of skilled workers, and the energy transition demand a rethink and, in many cases, a realignment for the future. Over the past ten years, Epta has experienced significant growth and subsequently hired numerous new employees. 'The success of recent years and our development into one of the largest service organizations in commercial refrigeration in Germany reinforces our strategy of thinking long-term,' says Bernd Haller, Managing Director of Epta Germany. 'Because we not only want to be a stable and reliable partner for our customers today, but also in the future.

Investments in the future are therefore an integral part of the strategy of the refrigeration technology specialist. 'Because we plan for the long term as a family-owned company, it was a logical step for us to take the training and further education of future refrigeration specialists into our own hands,' explains Bernd Haller. 'With the training and education center that we will soon open in Mannheim, we are laying the groundwork for optimal training and further education in the field of refrigeration technology.' The center is intended to provide aspiring refrigeration technicians with the necessary tools for their theoretical and practical training, as well as continuously train trained refrigeration specialists in new, innovative techniques.

Epta will continue to offer its customers everything related to refrigeration technology from a single source – from consulting and planning to installation and after-sales service of refrigeration systems and refrigerated display cases.
