Fresh fish is an excellent way to differentiate oneself from competitors with their own product offerings. This is where the new service and self-service counter Velvet/Shape N Fish from the Costan/Bonnet Névé brands comes into play: It has been specially designed for presenting fresh fish and seafood on crushed ice. The counter is equipped with a stainless steel display and a stainless steel tray for crushed ice, making it very versatile. The trays are 8 cm high and 82 cm deep, and they are fronted with a 12 cm high front glass.

A customized counter

With the four basic models: Style, Studio, Design, and Design Evolution – optionally with straight or curved glass –, five lengths, and three corner modules, there are no limitations when configuring the perfect counter. Combining multiple counter modules allows for creating a custom fish department. Moreover, even on small sales floors, Velvet/Shape N Fish enables offering fresh fish and integrating it, for instance, into the gastronomy area.
