The special details and outstanding craftsmanship are striking: for instance, the tray is made of stainless steel, the large glass surfaces on the front are supported by discreet struts, and the surfaces are available in either painted or laminated finishes. With two depths (display area 83 and 91 cm) and seven lengths (from 93 to 375 cm), all requirements of food retailers can be met. Furthermore, Comfort is available in temperature classes 3M1 and 3M2 as a serve-over counter for bakery products, as a hot counter, cashier module, and as self-service furniture.

Additional storage space

Thanks to the integrated refrigeration unit, the counter does not require a connection to an external refrigeration system, and the natural refrigerant propane ensures environmentally friendly operation. Particularly practical: a refrigerated cell within the counter provides additional storage capacity. Comfort can be complemented with extensive accessories and adapted to the respective work steps. For example, with holders for scales and paper, cutting boards, or additional shelves for product presentation. Additionally, covers such as a plexiglass sliding window and a night blind can be installed. Furthermore, Comfort is also available as remote furniture for connection to an external refrigeration system.
